Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has 1 king bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Watch the Swans over your morning coffee from the patio, launch those kayaks right from our front yard, or throw that fishing line in off the shared dock (shallow). 3 Br - Queen, 2 Queen Bunks, Queen master 2.5 Bath

Near Clayton NY sits cottage with a stunning view of the St Lawrence River. The upper cottage has three bedrooms – the main bedroom with a king bed, sliding doors to deck and spectacular river views, another room with a double bed and another with two twin beds. The bonus for this cottage is an enclosed outdoor shower. The river is swimmable, small dock, and private parking. We do allow pets, but we do have a pet fee.
