The main living area features a comfortable queen size bed, a full futon and a small sleeper chair, providing sleeping for up to five guests. This 3 bedroom 1 bath beautiful Barndo is the get away you need. Got a big family event or wedding to prep food for? Use the large open kitchen with 3 ovens to prep the food. It's located in the barn next to our beautiful farmhouse. The 3.4 acre property is a wide open vista were deer roam and where you just can't help but relax in the peace and quiet. The apartment itself dressed in a campy style. It is charming and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home.

The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
