It is 200 Steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM and also some restaurants & Bars. Just a short 4 block walk to downtown Clear Lake City Park, City Beach and Main street. There is a cozy backyard with Fire Pit & Grill.

Our Hideaway has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen with new quartz counter tops, and have a private deck with a charcoal grill and a fire pit as well. We are conveniently located just steps away from great food at PM Park, the Tiki Bar, Clear Lake Boats Marina, a public beach, and a public access boat launch. Our property has plenty of parking available as well.

Contractors enjoy staying while they are in the area. Families also hold family gatherings here. The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a majestic place to stay. It is a great place for large family Gatherings It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. Close to downtown with only a short walk!

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City.
