This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated (2019) home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is 1 cove away. Clemson golf course is across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. The dining room table was made from the Littlejohn Coliseum floor the year after the Tigers won the ACC Regular Season in 1990.
