This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Recently renovated, large 4 bedroom 2 bath home in historic neighborhood one block from OU. Two storey home is NOT wheelchair accessible. Kitchen features high end dual fuel 6 burner range. High speed WiFi and separate home office. This home shares a driveway with the guesthouse which is a separate listing. That listing has a private courtyard and does not share the back patio or backyard of this listing, however guests may be seen walking from the driveway to the guesthouse.

Nestled in Norman's original townsite, this boutique vacation cottage has been renovated for comfort and relaxation. The interior is designed and furnished with sophisticated colors, textures and style while the exterior sports a 3-hole putting green. The Sharp House - Close to OU Campus and Park

Beautiful traditional spacious ranch house less than a mile east of the OU campus. Easy walk to the Mont and large driveway for multiple car parking. Great place for family and friends to get away for the weekend or enjoy events on the OU campus. GREAT game day house. It is a quiet neighborhood so loud parties are not allowed. Recently updated kitchen appliances. New flooring and new carpeting in bedrooms. We keep updating as we go!

A small 1100 sq foot bungalow built in 1937 with some modern updates. Our cozy home is within walking distance to Campus Corner, Memorial Stadium and quick access to Downtown Norman. We are minutes away from the University and it’s safe to walk around. If you choose to stay at home we have provided plenty of seating area to enjoy your visit with family or friends.
