Located 10 minutes from Thomasville and Cairo, 35 minutes from the vibrant city of Tallahassee, and only an hour from the charming towns of Valdosta and Albany, our cabin offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. With everything you need, this retreat is your gateway to a peaceful escape.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

Little House on Broughton Downtown Bainbridge Stay

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

Loblolly Haven - One

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This one bedroom apartment is located on the east side of Cairo. It’s just a short drive to Thomasville, Tallahassee and Bainbridge, and within minutes of several local motocross facilities. It features a small office for your convenience. It is adjacent to Loblolly - Two, if traveling with a group. Within walking distance, there is a bar, restaurant, convenience store and liquor store.

Reel Paradise II

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cottage. This 1 bedroom cottage is the perfect place to unwind and unplug after a long day of work or play with tranquil views of the Flint River. Cottage features a back porch area, private parking for you and your boat along with upscale amenities that include high speed internet, large grill along with a green egg. The property also features a boat dock for you boating adventures.

Reel Time on the Flint river

If you’re looking for a Zen vibe look no further than the Reel Time on the Flint River houseboat. It has everything you need for some peace and relaxation, bring a book or your fishing pole and forget about everything else for a while. There’s even a daybed on the back porch for an afternoon siesta, and the Wi-Fi has been updated to high-speed Internet.

Studio(Unit5) at The Alderman

Tucked away within the beautiful Alderman building the Studio Unit is a perfect location to getaway. Located right off of “Georgia’s Downtown of the Year” you’ll be steps away from Bainbridge’s best in every way. The unit includes den-kitchen combo with shower/bath. There are stairs to access the queen bed loft. There is no elevator access.

Enjoy the downtown square in Bainbridge, Ga while staying in the Alderman Building. Completed in 2024, the historic Alderman Building was thoughtfully renovated with luxury in mind. One King bed will comfortably sleep 2 after you enjoy a night on the town and with fine dining and local brews right around the corner that won't be hard!

The Cove

The is one of the largest houses in this area, with plenty of room for a large family or extended family. The second story has one bedroom and a big loft. The dock is large, with two covered boat slots with lifts. Seasonally, the boat dock provides good fishing. The neighborhood is safe for walks and family activities.
