Located just north of Albany, IL on Illinois' Great River Bike Trail, this riverside retreat is perfect for outdoor and biking enthusiasts or those looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature. This property is: -1 mile away from a public boat launch -15 min. from Wild Rose Casino. 35 min. to Rhythm City in Davenport. -40 min. to QC Intl. Airport -1hr from historic Galena IL Hard not to enjoy this little slice of heaven!

Your Home Away From Home!

The house is one level with a detached 2 car garage. Accessible through the alleyway behind the house. Alongside is a paved parking space. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

River Lodge at Wide River Winery

The River Lodge at Wide River Winery is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom house with a spectacular view of the Mississippi River just north of Clinton, Iowa (across from Fulton & Savanna). Guests are invited to the winery to sample our award winning wines. The Bluff Trail has stunning river views - a hiker's dream. Guests are welcome to tour the vineyard and winery to see where it all happens. Dogs are invited to stay (for a fee). Please share the number of guests.

Riverfront 2-Bedroom Cabin Retreat

🏖️ Relax with the whole family (Pets too!) at this peaceful 2-bedroom, cabin retreat. Enjoy waterfront views from the covered deck. Eat breakfast outside in the screened-in area. When the River is relaxing so can you on the Sandbar that often peaks out. It’s a treat for adults, kids & furry family. Head into town to local shops , eateries and bars, or stay out and fish off the river banks. Here, you can have your cake and icing too - just 5 minutes away from DeWitt, IA.

The Guest Apartment

A newly remodeled 1-bedroom apt centrally located to downtown Clinton. The unit has a spacious living area with a king bed and corner work desk. The kitchen is fully appointed with all of the essentials to cook a delicious meal. The Guest Apartment is the perfect place for a couple's getaway or respite while visiting family in the area or single traveling on pleasure or business. The unit is on the second floor so it is not recommended for mobility limited people.

Built in 1890 this antebellum styled home sits in a quiet neighborhood with many historic houses and numerous perennials. Centrally located to parks, bike path, beautiful downtown and Mississippi River.

Come and enjoy our spacious apartment above one of our 3 drive thru coffee shops located in Clinton called “Deanna’s Java”. We recently remodeled the upstairs as a mother daughter duo and had so much fun watching this space come to life!
