A short 5 minute walk will take you from the front door to the beach, play park, tennis courts, Costcutter, coffee shops and train station, with links to Belfast and Londonderry. There are shops, golf course, bakery's, bus stops, restaurants, libraries, bars, cafes, pharmacy's and the sea are all within a 0.5 mile radius. There is a large open large area of grass with picnic and barbeque facilities to the rear of the property. The sea, areas for swimming and rock climbing are also at your fingertips!
