After moving it here to Crawford, we’ve been hard at work with a full remodel. It is still a rustic retreat, but it features running hot and cold water, electricity, and a composting toilet. You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this unique getaway, 30 minutes from the north rim of the Black Canyon.

It's the perfect blend of cozy and minimalistic with hot water on demand, an electric fireplace, and a queen-sized mattress. It is also 5 minutes away from Brighton, CO adorable downtown. The Palomini feels spacious with plenty of storage and ceilings accommodating of 6ft+individuals. Parking on premise.

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.
