L'appartamento si trova dietro al MAUSOLEO DI TEODORICO e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro storico dove poter visitare i monumenti patrimonio UNESCO di Ravenna Situato in una zona tranquilla e strategica, ideale sia per lavoro che per vacanza; servita da ristoranti, bar, supermercati e farmacia Ben Collegato con i bus per raggiungere il mare o qualsiasi luogo di Ravenna.

La Casa di Olga

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona. Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Luxurious apartment in the historic center of Ravenna. Situated in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria in Porto, it enjoys a breathtaking view. The elevator arrives directly inside the house and it is very convenient for not lifting heavy suitcases. the 2 double bedrooms have a bathroom and a private balcony. The living room looks the church and it's very large with a romantic fireplace . The kitchen is finished with an American fridge and a large stove.

Loft incantevole nel cuore dell' Appennino

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

The apartment is an annex of the main house – originally the winery of the nearby 19-century villa –composed of sitting room, kitchen, double bedroom with attached bathroom. In the living area there is a French-size sofa bed, only suitable for family or close friends (no independent access to the bathroom). Uncovered private parking. About 300 mt of dirt road from the main road. Tourist tax: 1,5 Euros per person per night.
