Welcome to Fettes Farmhouse, a peaceful Highland retreat on the beautiful Black Isle. Just 10 minutes from Inverness and Beauly and 5 mins from the NC500, the farmhouse is an ideal base for exploring the Highlands while enjoying the quiet of the countryside. Perfect for two families or groups of up to 10 guests, with estate walks and frequent wildlife sightings, including red squirrels, osprey, roe deer and pine martens. After a day exploring, relax in the outdoor hot tub under the Highland sky.

Cosy shepherd's hut with stunning views on NC 500

Perfectly situated on the NC500 and cycle route, this newly built well equipped shepherd's hut is a cosy place to rest your head. It sleeps up to 3 people. A microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and crockery make up the kitchen area. There is free wifi and a digital radio with bluetooth. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Views across to Ben Wyvis and the Cromarty Firth are outstanding and the night sky is excellent for star gazing. Red kites and hares are seen often. Licence No HI-20261-F

Waverley Chalet

This is a luxury chalet style self contained property in the peaceful village of Conon Bridge. It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. The property has an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchen, and separate shower room. The gardens of the main house are available for your use and the secret garden is a wonderful place for a glass of wine or morning coffee. A welcome basket is also provided inc bottle of wine.

The View@Redcastle

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

Hawthorn Cottage - Peaceful Highland Retreat

Set in a quiet spot just outside the Highland village of Strathpeffer, Hawthorn Cottage sleeps 6 people across two double and one twin bedrooms, making it a delightful property that suits couples and families alike. Located just a short distance from the NC500 route that runs past Garve on the A835, the cottage is ideal for those looking for a base whilst they explore this scenic route around Scotland. From the moment you step in the door, Hawthorn Cottage feels homely and welcoming.

Luxury Cottage with Mountain View’s

Hillbank Cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom home 15mins drive from the highland capital of Inverness. The cottage was completely renovated during 2022 and has been tastefully decorated by a local designer. Guests can enjoy a modern / vintage feel to the traditional Highland cottage that dates back to the mid 1800's in the lovely village of Conon Bridge. Tucked away in the heart of the village on Leanaig Road, the cottage is a stones throw from the local coffee shop and shops.

RURAL 2 BED CABIN/ LODGE WITH HOT TUB

The Cabin is an open plan, newly built unit with hot tub, set in its own private grounds with ample parking. With stunning views of Ben Wyvis, we are on the NC500 route and also close to plenty amenities including golf courses, many beautiful walks and restaurants. The accommodation comprises of one king size bed, a double-sofa bed, electric heating, electric stove, luxurious shower room and a welcome basket with local produce. No smoking indoors, pet friendly on request.

Kinkell Castle Cottage

Kinkell cottage is quite simply, perfect. A special, romantic one bed cottage that holds so much character and charm, guests never want to leave. The property sits at the foot of Kinkell Castle, an enchanting building that has been lovingly restored, making it a view in itself to enjoy while sipping on your morning cuppa from the front of the cottage. While the castle is close, it's un-intrusive and the cottage feels incredibly private.

The Pavilion, Foulis Castle, Highland Scotland

The Pavilion is a Luxurious Self Catered Wing of Foulis Castle just out of Evanton near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. The Pavilion is positioned within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
