The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Full kitchen with all the basics and a dining nook. A large TV, comfy couch and more!

Kick back and relax in this stylish space with city views and a backyard country feel. This new construction has lots of little extras like the towel warmer and soaking tub in the Master bath. The amazing retro arcade area is so much fun! 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a kitchen/living room that's spacious and open. Soak in the hot tub off the back porch or have a fire in the pit. Legacy Acres wedding venue is 4 miles away, popular restaurants, and all 3 colleges are so close.

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

The K House

With its charm and elegances, this home is perfect for a nice family get away, right in Conway's sweet spot. Guests are bound to sit back and relax in the luxurious furniture throughout the home as well as take advantage of the appliances this home has to offer like an ice maker and wine cooler. All of Conway's greatest are a short 15-minute drive from this beautiful home! This property is a short distance from the baseball field complex, Baptist college, and UCA.

FYI: This cabin is very close to I-40. We have white noise provided for light sleepers. THERE IS LOUD HIGHWAY NOISE.
