We are a close drive to great local dining & to the park, which has a wlkg trail & a playground. We are 11 mi from Conway & it’s 3 colleges, 8 mi to Woolley Hollow St Pk, & Greenbrier is center of flea mkt/antique corridor! We have 3 beds (2 queens and 1 full) Wshr/dryr. This unit is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 living room in a triplex. No shared areas except the large backyard. There are separate parking spaces, walkways, and entry doors for each unit. The internet speed is fast! up to 100 Mbps. 65" Smart-TV with soundbar in living room. Master bedroom also has a Smart-TV. King/queen beds are very comfortable (not extremely soft, definitely not firm). The dining and living rooms are open spaces so one can eat and visit without missing a moment.

Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Take it easy at this country cottage. This beautiful cottage is surrounded by trees. You can relax on the porch swing, while enjoying the birds sing. It is located only a mile away from one of Arkansas’ best golf courses, 5 miles to the highway and 15 minutes from the Air Force Base. Due to the country setting, this cottage is not handicap accessible.
