The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Large room (19sqm), queen bed, bathroom with hot shower and heating, backyard with garden, washing machine, secure separate entrance directly to your floor, desk, wardrobe, dining table, tea/coffee/snacks and air-con. Our character cottage along side our home is yours to enjoy, close to the Estuary, just a 2 minute walk, where you will often see Dolphins. You’ll love our rustic cottage because the location is very peaceful with many trees & birdlife. Pushbikes available to use for a ride along the estuary front. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers or anyone wanting a relaxing rustic break on the way south. Fully self contained, ideal long or short stays.

Quiet street. Can accomodate a total of three people as there is an option of a single mattress. Walking distance to queens garden, great for jogging and walking. Family pool optional.

The cottage sleeps eight people, making it an ideal getaway for two families or a group of friends. PRICING Base rate $195-250/night (for up to 6 guests), $20 extra per additional guest (up to 8 guests) plus Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay, plus Airbnb Service Fee (calculated on booking)
