Walk to Fotter's grocery, Backstrap Grill, both just a stone's throw away. Here, in the center of Stratton, in the western mountains of Maine, an 8 mile drive to Sugarloaf and 27 miles to Saddleback. Whether you're here to ski, cycle, swim, snowmobile, hike or anything else you can think of, this region will provide the opportunity.

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

Tucked Away Family Chalet is conveniently located in Carrabassett Valley close to hiking, biking, community pool/playground/tennis courts, Tufulio's restaurant and much more! A great place to enjoy nature, relax, unwind, check out from the hustle and bustle, and spend quality time with the family. Some of the best mountain biking is right out the front door and swimming in the nearby river is not to be missed. In the wintertime, access to the Narrow Gauge ski trail is a short walk away.

Perfectly located 7 miles north of Sugarloaf ski resort, and 27miles east to saddleback ski resort. Snowmobile and ATV trail access, right behind the building! Within minutes of great hiking trails including part of the Appalachian Trail, Also some of the best Hunting and Fishing in New England. Our place is within walking distance to the beautiful, and historical Flagstaff Lake, downtown Stratton, the local town park, local restaurants, and a convenience store/Gas station right next door!

NO CLEANING FEE, NOTHING EXTRA FOR YOU! You will find this peaceful cozy cabin nestled among tall beautiful red pine trees. Located in a quiet private community in Eustis. This space is perfect for a single person or a couple. The cozy cabin is located next to our home but is a separate stand-alone unit. A lot to offer in a small space. Outside there is a gas grill and a covered porch with chairs to enjoy in the warmer months. Sit and take in the peaceful surroundings or a good book.

Pip's Place-10 Min to Sugarloaf/5 min to Flagstaff

Perfect base camp for exploring northwestern Maine! Pip's Place is a clean and charming 900 sq ft cabin located in a humble woodsy village just outside Stratton/Eustis where you will find gas, bars/restaurants, + grocery stores. Connect to ATV and snowmobile trails right out the driveway! You can be at Sugarloaf, the AT, or Flagstaff Lake in 10 minutes or less. Saddleback and the Rangeley Lakes are 1/2 hour away. All the amenities you need while still keeping it cabin-y!

Cozy Cabin close to Sugarloaf Mountain

This 1100 square foot cozy cabin in the woods is 8 miles north of Sugarloaf ski resort, 25 minutes north east of Rangeley Lake and 5 minutes from Flagstaff Lake. It is equipped with dimmable recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, a front porch, and back deck. There is a loft with a queen bed in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom. Wifi is available on sight as well as a 55" Roku smart TV. This cabin has had many recent updates primarily on the first floor and loft areas.

Cozy Room Near ATV Trails & Flagstaff Lake!

Formerly known as the "Stratton Motel" and now rebranded as the Hikin' Inn, this cozy accommodation combines convenience with affordability. The room includes a full bathroom, two full beds, microwave, Keurig, and a mini fridge with freezer. A Smart TV is available for streaming your favorite shows, complemented by free Wi-Fi and a fan to provide relief on warm summer days. Situated along Stratton Brook, this location is an excellent choice for outdoor enthusiasts.

Stream-side mountain retreat

This attractively renovated camp in the High Peaks region of western Maine is the perfect place to get away and unplug. Surrounded by conservation land, the camp is airy and bright, with views opening onto woods and stream, and is well screened. Solar panels provide water and electricity. There's limited satellite internet service for emailing and texting, and sometimes phone through wifi, depending on your service provider.

Come & play in the beautiful mountains of western Maine! Cozy, rustic cabin for two. Enjoy miles of multi use trails right off the front steps! If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!

First Tracks at Sugarloaf

Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.
