AC and a hip very private shower, with toilet and sink. Hot and cold water in the shower and sink. Over 100 trees on the property. An urban nature reserve! There is a separate building with a full kitchen to cook or hang out with other guests. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Laundry service available!
