Must love chickens. This is a little house that we built for our son in 2016. It is next door to our house where we rent a room on Airbnb (Close to Town but in the Country). This is best for longer term, researchers or folks wanting to get to know the area. Welcome are people who love Belize and all its quirks. Unwelcome are people who want to try to make money from Belizeans or sit in the house and complain about the insects, rain, culture, etc. Sorry but true. Good references required.

Large space with tall ceilings, spacious and on the ground floor in the garden. Private and peaceful. A king size bed and a twin are in your private room. AC and a hip very private shower, with toilet and sink. Hot and cold water in the shower and sink. Over 100 trees on the property with tons of birds! There is a separate building with a full kitchen to cook or hang out with other guests. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Laundry service available!
