E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. A hand built, self contained unit that contains an en-suite bathroom, electric shower, heating, kitchenette which includes a sink, fridge, air fryer, kettle, toaster and all necessary ware and utensils. Outside the pod there is a large sized area with free parking and outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy the countryside.

The local shop/pharmacy an eight min drive. We are just fifteen minutes drive from Waterford City and The Waterford Greenway.
