Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Ranch style country home on 10 acres. Front and back covered porches look out over horse pastures. Have coffee on patio in the back, or read a magazine in the swing on the front porch. Weber grill in the back with lights for evening gathering and a chimenea for ambiance. Several large pecan trees create a shady orchard for wild birds, turkey and deer. Gated property with paved drive.

Come stay in an historical home that has been totally remolded, but still holds it charm. Home is close to Cottonwood Flats, Stillwater, Langston, and OKC . This home has been used as a film production sight for the new movie, "The One," and the U-Tube Video, "Kid Again." Paved driveway for offstreet parking that is private with fenced back yard.
