Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Stara kamena Kuća Filotea, obnovljena 2024. godine, nudi vam jedinstven odmor u miru i privatnosti. Cijeli objekt je samo vaš, dvorište je ograđeno kamenim zidom koji skriva poglede prolaznika, bez direktnih susjeda, vlasnik živi 200m dalje. Vanjski bazen sa sustavom elektrolize morske soli, 3 klimatizirane spavaće sobe, 3 kupaonice, unutarnja i vanjska kuhinja, internet, playstation4, 4 SmartTV, pikado, pješčanik za djecu, stolni nogomet, garantiraju vam prekrasan odmor. Ova nova, moderna kuća smještena je u Zemuniku Donjem, 10km od Zadra. Idealan odabir za obitelji s djecom. Nalazi se na ograđenom imanju sa bazenom, travnjakom, roštiljem i velikim parkingom. Sve spavaće sobe i dnevni boravak imaju klima uređaj i TV. Wifi je dostupan u cijeloj kući. Unutar sat vremena vožnje od kuće su gradovi Zadar, Nin, Biograd, nacionalni parkovi Paklenica i Krka te mnoge druge atraktivne lokacije. Najbliža plaža udaljena je 10km, trgovina 1km, zračna luka 4km.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
