Our comfortable first floor self catering holiday apartment, Cobbles, is to the rear of the original pub but is now the Fountain tearooms. The apartment has a spacious king size double bedroom and twin room, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, each with flat screen TV. The village has 2 beautiful local pubs, village shop and a tea rooms serving freshly made produce. A self-contained annexe, with its own kitchen and bathroom plus a separate bedroom on an open-plan mezzanine floor above, accessible via a spiral staircase. There is a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two adults. There is free parking on the drive for one car. The open-plan nature of the layout make the annexe most suitable to a couple or family of 3 (or 3 close friends!) Please be aware that the stairs can prove challenging to older visitors.

The Annexe to Belle Vue House was built for Servants to the main house in 1823. The grade 2 listed building commands an elevated position overlooking Matlock Bath. The property has been lovingly updated to keep period features while providing modern living. The property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs from the lower drive way. Due to the period nature and historic listing road side parking is necessary.
