Recently renewed, Featuring WiFi, gym and pools, our apartment offers accommodation near Liberia. Free private parking is available on site. All the rooms have air conditioning and the apartment has a flat-screens TV, stereo, chromecast, dining room and a complete kitchen. Each room has a private bathroom. Playa Hermosa and other beaches are 20 km (12.5 mi) and Liberia Airport is only 5 km (3 miles) from the property. The apartment is located on the third floor. Pets are not allowed.

Located right on the beach (30 ft), this three bedroom apartment is brand new, with a large pool and outdoor terrace. The apartment is very spacious (2600 sq/ft) with lots of natural light, a large kitchen and a breathtaking ocean view. One of the only beachfront properties in the area, steps from the ocean, really one of a kind! The apartment is a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops and other nearby beaches as well as a short boat ride to the Papagayo Peninsula.

Our condo is perfect for a couple or single to enjoy the wonders of Playa Flamingo. Centrally located so a car is not necessary (we are about 150 meters up a hill) if you plan on staying close. We do have golf carts available for rent (reserve early) that would expand your reach to 3 towns and 5 beaches. The complex provides 2 ocean view pools and is within walking distance of all amenities in the area. If you need to spend time working online, the WiFi speed is 150 mbps.
