Our country home has a total of 5 bedrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with one king bed and 4 twin beds. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a big sofa bed. Large updated kitchen on main level with seating for 11 adults and 4 kids! The lower level also has a separate living area with kitchenette. Perfect divided yet contiguous space for 2 families or large groups traveling together. The best feature is the private oversized swimming pool!

You will be only a few steps from Smith Lake and a walk to the neighborhood pool. The main level of the house hosts an open concept with an eat in kitchen and living area. The house also consists of a screened in porch with majestic views of the water, a swim up pier, and a double slip boat dock. Pontoon Boat Rental available.
