It was lovingly created using unique elements - Timbers and lumber from a turn-of-the -century dairy barn, and lumber milled from trees where the cabin now stands! Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Horseshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, both of which feature luxurious towel warmers.

A one of a kind farmstead experience, stay in a newly constructed barn on our 350 acre dairy farm. The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese, farmstead cheese made right here on our farm and you have a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our brand new apartments directly above the dairy barn. Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
