Watch the the sun rise over a panoramic view of the Currituck Sound from your private balcony as you enjoy your morning coffee. It's the perfect set up for a single or couple with separate bedroom, bath, living area and kitchenette. The apartment is up one fight of stairs. Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.

Summerset Place - Southern Shores is located in the beautiful Maritime forest. We made our guest suite into a relaxing getaway with the use of the entire deck area with a shaded gazebo to relax under while listening to the birds. You will enjoy a cozy 4 room suite that is locked off from the main house, all the comforts of home. There will also be 2 bikes & 2 beach chairs for your use. The beach is slightly over 1 mile away. We live in the main house with our recuse dogs, Shep and Chloe

The Osprey Landing | Semi-Oceanfront Guesthouse

This 1 bedroom stand alone apt is incredible, its tucked into a unique space thats totally private yet close to all the northern Outer Banks has to offer. It has two large decks and 1 has views of the ocean. Follow the grass driveway to the street and walk 100ft to the ocean. You will not find a more well thought out space for 2 people than this spot. *There may be some construction noise during the day next door at the main house for the last two weeks of June and first week of July.

Located within a mile to a life guarded beach with parking passes available, many walking trails, bike paths, located close to two shopping centers and restaurants. Unique 1200 sq feet of open room with king size bed, couches and tables, kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave. Very private but you will be located next to our family home. We are happy to give travel tips if needed.
