It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

Unwind at this beautifully restored 1932 cabin style home. This cozy house located in Challis Idaho is the perfect spot to relax, slow down, and unwind. For adventure seekers, it is the ideal home base. We are about a 30 minute drive from Gold Bug Hot Springs. We are in walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and the library. A great thrift store is right across the street! There is a local spring where you can fill your water bottles with fresh water.

1930’s Uptown House

The Uptown House is the perfect home base and Challis is a great starting point to explore the many sites of the Salmon Challis NF, fish the Salmon River, or simply enjoy laid back mountain living. Located at the upper end of Main Street in old town Challis, this 1930’s store front has been converted to a spacious getaway that is close to local restaurants and bars and within minutes of groceries, gas and shopping making it easy to plan your visit.

Frenchmans Sun Valley/Ketchum Condo

If your dates do not work due to calendar, please contact as we can sometimes adjust shorter stays or make cleaning time adjustments. 2 bedroom / 1 bath Ketchum unit in Frenchman Condo Complex (located on main drive, behind Grumpys and across from Knobb Hill). Newer complex, built in 2007. This unit is available for short term vacation rental as this is a family owned/managed unit
