"Bluebird House -guests have entire house-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a full kitchen with a good dishwasher. There’s a Kitchenette in the lower level. Also, a Gas Fire Pit on lower level deck- available to guests, UNLESS Fire Danger’s high- will be removed. There’s a total of 3 queen-sized beds & 4 single beds, in the new expanded Blue Bird Haven, which can sleep 10 guests. Basic de'cor- relaxing! Enjoy Incredible sun sets & solitude in the beautiful Black Hills “Valley” setting!

We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. New modern home 3 miles to Sylvan Lake and near the border of Custer State park. This is the closest home to Sylvan Lake for rent and the only home of this style available for rent. The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.
