Наш дом теплый зимой и прохладный летом ( имеются кондиционеры ),так как построен по новой технологии (сип-хаус). We are situated between the picturesque fishing harbour Potamos and Ayia Napa. Ideal for a quiet holiday near the lively holiday spot of Ayia Napa at a 5min drive. 1 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches in the med , Nissi Beach. The waterpark , Waterworld is just 3 min drive away. Local supermarket/bar/restaurant at a 7 min walk. Busstop at the end of the road. There are some tradional villages in the surrounding areas with local tavernas. Quiet neighbourhood

This lovely one-bedroom apartment is centrally located and has easy access to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and pubs are all within walking distance. Famous landmarks of Famagusta are just a 5-minute drive away, and the city’s most beautiful beaches can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes by car. Wonderful cozy flat with free parking. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.

A beautiful penthouse in a quiet area but close to Larnaka city center (15 minutes drive) and really close to one of the best kite surfing beaches in Cyprus (3 minutes drive) and close to the airport (15 minutes drive) With an amazing 360 view, you can relax at the big veranda watching the sunset. You can also enjoy the swimming pool that is available during summer.
