Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Located 1 mile from Interstate 80 in the town of De Soto, a quiet community within a 20 minute drive or less to various towns, including Earlham, Winterset, Stuart, and Adel. West Des Moines and Des Moines are 20-25 minutes. Sleeping arrangements: Upper level: Two bedrooms, 1 king bed & 1 queen bed, 1 full bathroom Main level: 1 bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 bathroom with tub *Queen sized air mattress available

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.
