Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

A 1000 sq. mtr. gated and fenced off-leash area is available for your fur baby to enjoy the stay. A small charge applies to hosting your fur baby. Undercover parking. A complimentary breakfast basket is available on your first day. Please note there are no EV charging facilities available on site.

HALF of THE HOUSE it is private, locked off as I live here. Airbnb is other half I additional room 1D and 1S, 1 trundle a four-seater lounge. The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half Suburbia is right behind, beside awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard yours, I do water garden. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used 1st bag of wood free then $10 next. EV charge $10-20

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Private Oasis

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

With a private entrance, well appointed kitchenette and bathroom, the studio should meet all of your needs Further down the property, views across the valley are spectacular. Horses/cats/dogs welcome. We are 20km east of Warwick and 20km from Queen Mary Falls. A quick drive down the road is a beautiful clear water rockpool to cool off in on those warm summer days.
