Located on the High Street the house has parking immediately adjacent and has a large garden with gated access onto the Speyside Way for riverside walks. The garden is sunny and sheltered with a large patio and other seating areas. The house has a spacious kitchen with dining area, a large lounge and a separate dining room. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the main bathroom.

Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, both of which can be used as double beds or split into 2 singles. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! We are in the heart of the Whisky Trail with many distilleries nearby, so a visit and a wee dram is a must!

Mount St Mary's is a special property, close to all the amenities in the lovely village of Aberlour and on the doorstep of all that beautiful Speyside has to offer. It is the former accommodation of the Priest, who worshipped at the Sacred Heart Chapel next door. This brings lots of character to the property, built over 100 years ago. It has a large, secluded garden where the local wildlife can be enjoyed.
