An eight‑minute walk brings you to the beach, the lively boardwalk, fine dining, art galleries, and the historic attractions of downtown Christiansted. Steeped in history, this charming residence rests in the heart of Christiansted’s Historic Downtown, featured in Henry Morton: St. Croix, St. Thomas, St. John: Danish West Indian Sketchbook and Diary 1843–44. Adding to its character, the home carries a personal story—once in the 1950s, it was home to the great‑grandmother of the current owner.

Guest suite is attached to a private home that sits alone on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Private entrance with queen size bed, a/c, kitchenette, coffee maker and full private bath. Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. It is perched on top of our courtyard and boasts over 1500 sq feet of space with large bay windows from floor to ceiling in the living room and kitchen spaces.
