A charcoal grill is available on the deck, just remember to bring your own charcoal along. There is no TV or Wifi in the house so you can maximize your relaxing escape in nature.

There is a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Spacious patio with dining furniture. There is a circle drive to accommodate boat/trailer parking.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This quaint home has a full kitchen, dining room, laundry, and freshly remodeled bathroom. It has 2 small bedrooms with full beds and a king size bed in the living room. The back deck is very private and was uniquely built around the trees. There is free Wifi provided, but there is no TV. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside at this property.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.
