1 bedroom condo-tel right on the beach! Has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size convertible sofa in living room. All units are privately owned and run by an HOA. We have made many improvements to this prime location over the past few years. Our building is smack dab in the center of everything. You will not be disappointed! Cozy condo on the beach

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) Newly renovated private apartment, very modern. Less than two miles from the beach, and shopping plaza with grocery store. You will have your own entrance and be able to come and go as you please. This unit is attached to the house but it is closed, you will have total privacy. This apartment does not include a full kitchen but does have a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
