Less than 5 miles away from Stetson University & Historic Downtown Deland. 4 miles to Skydive Deland. Enjoy many of the areas natural springs including Deleon (8 mins) and Blue Springs. This home is central to the beaches, Daytona, theme parks, St Augustine, Orlando, & all that central Fl has to offer.

Mira Bella North

Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

The Monarch House, in the heart of downtown Deland

Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

Retro Bus Camping / DeLand Woods campfire manatees

Stay in a 1970s Vintage Blue Bird Wanderlodge Bus we call The Hermitage Manatee. It's a 35ft camper perfect for the adventurer who is open to TINY living and escape to nature. It is located on a private acre section of our property next to our home. Plenty of parking for your motorcycle, trailer or truck. We are located outside Ocala Nat'l Forest, 2.5 mi. from a National Wildlife Refuge, 4 mi. from DeLeon Springs State Park and 6 mi. from Stetson in Downtown Deland and close to Daytona Beach.

This home offers ample space to spread out and relax, with a fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly fenced in back yard. Clara house is 30 minutes from Daytona speedway and New Symrna beaches. Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

This cozy spring escape sits privately behind a unoccupied garage among the quiet oak streets of Orange city. conveniently located 2 miles from Blue springs state park, 5 miles from Downtown Deland and 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Daytona and New Syrmrna. This property provides a unique connection to nature. Enjoy an outdoor bathroom experience with a shower under the stars. Blue Springs is now open for swimming & water fun as of May 23, 2025! The Grey Cottage

This remarkably charming old home with its pretty front and back yard that surrounds the property, also offers a beautiful front and back porch where you can take a breath and sit out and enjoy your favorite beverage whilst you enjoy the beauty of the native plants and flowers. Situated in the heart of the historic district it is the perfect choice to unwind and relax in this beautiful old town that is filled with many fun activities.

A private home, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds in each, a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer on premise. Ample parking in driveway. Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink

The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Farmhouse Apartment in a Great Location

Farmhouse type decor in a quiet neighborhood near Gemini Springs which has bike and hiking trails by the St John’s River. Boat launches nearby (free), lots of local dining. Located between the Orlando area as well as Daytona. The Sunrail station is very close and it can take you into the Orlando area-Winter Park is a fun trip.

Yellow Gate Cottage

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this bungalow just two blocks from downtown DeLand. Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated cottage that has a touch of the past. This home was built in the 1920's and was relocated in 1983. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property or inside of home.
