Lovely three room waterfront guest suite conveniently located less than 10 minutes from historic Chestertown and Washington College. Beautiful views of our tidal creek, full kitchen, wooded lot, quiet neighborhood, bird watching, kayaking, great biking & running options. Friendly pets (indoor cats and dogs who can share the yard with us and our dog) are welcome. We donate 5% of proceeds to Kent Attainable Housing, the Animal Care Shelter of Kent County or ShoreRivers conservation—your choice.

Stone Harbor Water Views

Located on Stone Harbor Boulevard. Minutes from the beach. The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day.

You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.

The 16-acre property is adjacent to our very private conservation area that borders our 300-foot private beach. The year-round property has a pier, and in-ground pool (May-October) with amazing river views. Also hosts weddings+events up to 100 guests (additional event fee applies).
