Includes a private deck and patio, BBQ, parking, Queen bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee bar. The suite does not have a separate bedroom. It is attached to the main house. Beach tags, chairs, and an umbrella are included.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Welcome to Maryland's Eastern Shore and your own private space in a converted corn crib, complete with the comforts of home. The space includes a vaulted ceiling, queen-sized Casper® mattress, quality linens, heat & AC, wireless Internet, a coffee counter, stocked bar fridge, full bath w/ shower (includes quality bath supplies), and a private entrance. Our space is permitted for ONLY TWO INDIVIDUALS (No children under 8 years of age.), and please limit your visit to one vehicle only.

The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.

Dragonfly Cottage

Dragonfly Cottage is a hotel style unit with queen bed on a quiet street on Cape May Island a mile from the beach and town. It is a bright, sunny room with a vaulted ceiling, private entrance, off street parking and screened in porch for having your morning coffee. Located in easy biking distance to both Cape May, West Cape May and the Point, it is a good base for a great vacation. Beach tags and beach chairs provided. Come have a comfortable getaway at the shore!
