The Catskill Forest Preserve is our backyard-literally (we have 5.9 acres that lead directly into the preserve). Only 5 min to Margaretville town center, grocery store, scenic train rides, restaurants. You'll love Solace for the secluded feel, views, cozy living space, and proximity to activities and necessities. Pets case by case.

This Catskill cottage is situated on 12 secluded acres with stunning mountain and valley views. The main house features three well-appointed floors with two bedrooms downstairs, a primary bedroom with ensuite on the top floor and a wood burning stove on the main floor. The property also features a separate studio with a large stone patio, fire pit, cedar hot tub, pond, and scenic forest trail beyond. Close to skiing, hiking and golfing!

We think Bovina is the 'gem of the Catskills' and this catbird seat above Brushland Eating House is just the place to take it in. Smack dab in the middle of main street, you've access to the towns bounty - farms, mountains & delicious fare.
