Trailside Camp - near Oneonta & Cooperstown

Trailside Camp - our newest addition to Brook Hollow Homestead. This is a new 10'x12' canvas wall tent on a wood platform. You have the option of having it set up with a king bed or two twin beds. There is an outdoor sink and cooking area complete with a mini frige and a two burner stove. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. The outhouse has a standard camping toilet. This area sits at the entrance to our 120 acres and trails. Come for the experience that will last a lifetime.

Steady Slope Hummingbird (Fully Supported Site)

Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule! We're keeping this site open week-to-week weather dependent. There is no wood stove in this tent. Please see our other listing, the Hermit Thrush for a wood stove in the tent. The tent will be furnished with a small propane heater which is adequate when ambient temperatures are not too low.

The Birch Meadow Retreat

Our outfitted platformed 10’ x 12’ canvas glamping tent is perfectly situated to enjoy a slower pace of life in a quiet rural setting. The Birch Meadow provides privacy beneath a cocoon of cherry birch trees with all the comforts provided for you. Relax by the fire pit, make some s’mores & memories while listening to the stars twinkling in our light-pollution free environment. Perfect for couples and three adults (cot rental available). Located a mile away from world class fishing and swimming. Enjoy lounging on the spacious platform, sitting by fire pit, separate cooking area. Take a cold plunge in our spring-fed pond just across the street. Beaverkill River 1 mile away.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
