We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, tournament teams, big groups, and Dogs welcome (NO CATS). However quiet or lively your stay, our location has it all.

Newly renovated with new appliances and furnishings. The house has an upside-down layout, so most of the living spaces, including the kitchen, dining, and living rooms are on the second floor. The home is unique, bright and comfortable.

For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it! Our beach home is ideally situated on Broadkill Beach's SOUTH side (the North side has a higher density of houses [i.e. more people on the beach]; the SOUTH side offers a more exclusive beach experience with no crowds). It's just you, the sand, and the sea - the quintessential beach escape.
