Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

NOTE: This is a residential neighborhood and has STRICT parking (3 cars) & quiet hours (10pm+) enforced.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Escape to a stunning lake view home in Lincoln City, accommodating up to 6 guests. This secluded retreat offers lake access, a private dock, and recreational equipment like kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. Take advantage of the deck with a hot tub and gas BBQ. A true Oregonian experience awaits at our cozy cabin by the beach. In this 1 bedroom, 1 loft, 1 bathroom cabin you'll have the ability to go from sand to sofa without worrying about parking or avoiding crowds. With your private jacuzzi and all the necessities to make our cabin your home, you'll find yourself wishing you could stay. You'll enjoy access to all the amenities that the upscale community of Olivia Beach has to offer! Dogs welcome for an additional fee.
