The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

The Bungalow has a peek of the river, as it is considered the "guest house" to the larger "main house" it shares the lot with. Enjoy low bank river access to launch your kayak. Escape to "The McKenzie Zen Den", a luxury waterfront river cabin. One of the few rare properties built on the banks of the McKenzie River, so close you can fish from the deck! Downstairs is a riverside bedroom, full modern kitchen, and a full bath with a large custom walkin shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, desk nook, and a half-bath.

Immerse in nature and be as active as you choose: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, complimentary canoes, kayaks, SUPs, skiing, snowshoeing, hammock, horseshoe and corn hole game. Need more space? Steelhead Falls Log Cabin

Enjoy a restful time in our waterfront log cabin along the Deschutes River. Location is perfect for watching wildlife, fly fishing, quiet relaxation, and has easy access to hiking and rock climbing at Smith Rock and Lake Billy Chinook. Steelhead Falls is a a short hike away. Bend and Sisters are near. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate even small weddings. We recommend access to AWD vehicle with either chains or snow tires in winter. Dog friendly- sorry, no cats.

The Land of Aus is your quick ticket to relaxation. This charming rustic mountain home is less than a 5 minute walk from the Deschutes river and has everything you need to find solitude and tranquility.
