This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden with large 7 seat Hot Tub. It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 4 cars. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £200.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.

A lovely 1 bedroom cottage which is very well equipped with every luxury, central heating, full cooking facilities including air fryer, microwave and full oven and hob. Set in a beautiful country village which is peaceful and picturesque and yet on the main road through the village and so is easy to find. Perfect for walking holidays as there are many footpaths and Bridlepaths. Village pub offering home made food most days. Very peaceful environment.

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
