Spread out and kick back in this 2,000+ square feet brownstone home set in the historic Logan Circle. Renovated with hardwood floors, high ceilings, plus central air and heating. It's incredibly welcoming and features eye-catching original artwork. This house sleeps 8. There is also a basement apartment in the basement level which can be rented separately . Walk to the convention center, to restaurant, grocery store , metro and to the White House. 96% walk score rating. Guest can access laundry room anytime. A full size washer and dryer are available on the 2nd floor. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house is close to several nice restaurants and two grocery stores, while the Washington Convention Center is just a few blocks away. High-end boutiques are a little further. The White House and the monument grounds are also close by. The walk score is very good in this area. (95) the metro is 2 blocks away , Taxis and Uber rides are right there . The front room might be a bit noises because the house is on a busy street. But windows are insulated so it’s not too bad.

100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong. Always professionally cleaned & sanitized. Home consists of 2 separate units, main house above and apartment below. Amazing neighbors who are quiet and enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC. Amazing shops and restaurants within a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home and annually inspected by DC. This is not a home for anyone that is ability impaired, as there are many steps to climb in this home.
