The house is located less than 100 yards from the Dolores River, good fishing, swimming, kayaking and breathtakingly beautiful! Immediately emptying into McPhee Lake. Goodman cabin @ Kokopelli Cabins is one of two cabins on the property. Come and enjoy Mesa Verde, Anasazi heritage center, Hovenweep National park and much much more! We have many outdoor activities such as fishing the lakes and river near by in the summer, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter: Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.
