Welcome to the Cottage at Doonagore Castle. Nestled alongside one of Ireland’s most iconic landmarks, Doonagore Castle Cottage has been painstakingly renovated by the castle’s owners, merging authentic 300-year-old features with modern amenities, to offer guests a unique vacation experience. Doolin village, famous for its music and culinary delights, is a ten-minute walk away, the dramatic not-to-be-missed cliffs of Moher a short drive, and a spectacular 14th century castle right next door.

Perfect for visiting The Cliffs of Moher, this one bedroom apartment with patio area, offers a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, cotton bedlinen, towels, toiletries and cooking basics. Set at the back of my old cottage, offering plenty of privacy, overlooking the vegetable garden and apple trees. Ideal for coastal walk to The Cliffs, ferry to Aran Islands, Doolin with it's mix of traditional music pubs & fine dining. Lahinch beach and The Golf Club. The Burren National Park is 30 min away.

The Red Stonecutters Cottage

Red Stonecutters Cottage is perched atop stunning Doonagore, a short drive from Doolin village. From this high point, you'll enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean, Aran Islands and the Burren. The cottage is a great base to enjoy the music in the Doolin pubs, beach in Lahinch and the harbour village of Liscannor. The cottage dates back to after the famine and has been restored to preserve the original character, complemented by carefully selected period pieces to maintain its authentic charm.

Kitty's Cottage, Cliffs of Moher

Countryside location in the Parish of Liscannor with close proximity to the magnificent Cliffs of Moher. Traditional Moher Flag stone Cottage built circa 1940's. If its peace and quiet you want, Kitty's Cottage is the right place for you to relax and unwind. It is ideally located due to its close proximity to Lehinch (15 Min drive, Doolin 15 min drive and the Cliffs of Moher 10 min drive) connecting you to the Burren making it a great base to visit all of what Co Clare has to offer.

This is a self contained apartment, tastefully decorated, on the ground floor, with your own private entrance. There is a double bed, kitchen, dining and living room, and bathroom. With your own private patio with panoramic views. The apartment is newly renovated to the highest standard, with gas heating and a solid fuel stove. It was just finished in March 2022, and we are very happy with how it turned out. We have put together a guest food hamper which we hope you will enjoy.

Roughly 5 minute drive from the heart of Doolin it is ideally located to experience the west coast of Ireland.
