This home is only four miles from Sanford Stadium making it convenient to any and all UGA related activities.

We recommend the Washington Street deck for parking. Located at 125 West Washington Street with a $15 daily maximum. There is also street parking available that is metered throughout downtown.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence, our guest apartment has dedicated parking, an outdoor patio and it’s own entrance so guests can enjoy the space in total comfort and privacy. The one bed /one bathroom unit has a full kitchenette and seating area. Enjoy the views onto acres of wooded area and be at the 40 Watt Club downtown with a 15 min walk.
