This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Welcome to our 1901 "doll house" with timeless charm and contemporary upgrades. From the original cast iron tub that we refinished ourselves, to the brand new butcher block kitchen. You'll find yourself in the Brooklyn area of Riverside and close to 5-points, avondale , murray hill , DT Jax and 4 miles from Daily's Place & Vystar Veterans Arena. Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

Our 1,100 ft.² was renovated in 2023 with new central heat and air, ceramic tile and hard wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, and electrical and plumbing. Multiple windows in every room let in tons of natural light. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is only a block away from 8 restaurants and local shops. We allow a maximum of 4 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.

Entire apartment located in Historic Springfield. The apartment is warm and inviting with burgundy walls, a library sofa and tulip oval table The bedroom has a queen size bed. On 3rd floor, no elevator. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

Casita Studio near Downtown Jax/ UF Health

Guest suite in our house on Klutho park; peaceful, gorgeous view of the park and downtown Jacksonville skyline. The house is divided into two separate living spaces. You have your own private entrance through the back. NO SMOKING, especially Marijuana! you will be charged a fee if the studio smells. Because the house is divided in two, you might hear our puppies bark sometimes.
