The Blackstone District (5-min walk), MidTown Crossing and Aksarben Village (a few minutes drive); LaCasa Pizzaria & Barrett's Barleycorn Grill & Pub (steps from the apartment); and Downtown Omaha/The Old Market/ TD Ameritrade (5 minutes). Guests should be aware that only street parking is available and it is around the corner & up 1-2 blocks, or the public lot diagonal from house. Also, 10 stairs from sidewalk to home & 12 up to apt.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.
