You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

Enjoy your holidays in our beautiful studio apartment directly beside the Mediterranean sea! The studio can accommodate a total of three people (double bed + bed-sofa) and it has a big terrace directly beside the sea. A small beach is also in front.
